How Do I Operate a SaniServ Soft Serve Machine?
- Step 1. Remove Carburetor Tube - Remove the carburetor tube from the bottom of the mix pan.
- Step 2. Install Drip Tray - Install the drip tray and the drip tray insert.
- Step 3. Flush Out Sanitizer - Place a 16 oz. cup under the spigot and open the spigot handle. Pour 1 quart of fresh product mix into the mix pan and allow it to flush out any remaining sanitizing solution from the system.
- Step 4. Close Spigot Handle - Close the spigot handle once the sanitizer is fully purged.
- Step 5. Fill Mix Pan - Once all the sanitizer has been removed, completely fill the mix pan with fresh product mix.
- Step 6. Reinstall Carburetor Tube - Insert the carburetor tube back into the mix pan using a gentle twisting motion to secure it into place.
- Step 7. Start the Machine - Turn the control switch to the “CLEANOUT” position for about 1–2 seconds (you should hear a click). Immediately switch the control to the “AUTO” position.
- Step 8. Check Product Consistency - Allow the machine to cycle 3–4 times. After each cycle, dispense a sample to check consistency.
- Step 9. Replace Lid - Place the mix pan lid back on the machine. Always operate the machine with the lid securely in place.
